Her first expe­ri­ence of Aus­tralia was liv­ing in windy War­rnam­bool where her taste for coun­try Vic­to­ria and the out­doors began. From hum­ble begin­nings of receiv­ing a ​‘tra­di­tion­al’ edu­ca­tion in Chi­na, Joy even­tu­al­ly found her­self pour­ing beers at the classy Elgin Inn Hotel.

Usu­al­ly wear­ing black and fin­gers adorned with jew­els, Han­nah is one half of the brains trust of Joy Jensen. Hav­ing once worked as an accoun­tant at Australia’s best restau­rant in its day, she knows a thing or two about deliv­er­ing high cal­i­bre results and pro­vid­ing a lev­el of ser­vice that is per­son­al and thoughtful.
